We ship to US addresses in approximately 2-7 business days.
In addition, please allow 1-5 business days for production as each item is made to order.

* Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and unincorporated territories of the United States can take an additional 7 – 12 business days.

Note: during holidays, our production times are 2-5 business days on average.

At this point we do not offer shipping to countries outside the United States.

REFUNDS AND RETURNS
You can cancel your order and get a full refund within 2 hours after the order has been placed. To cancel your order, please send us an email to hello@amtiwa.com with your order number and a message that you would like to cancel the order.

2 hours after the order has been placed: we do not offer returns and refunds for change of mind, as all our products are made to order.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us with damages or issues immediately or within 7 days after delivery.
If the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please send us an image showcasing the problem so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Please note that all items are made to order and even if you order more of the same item, slight differences can occur. Minor changes in production such as slight color difference and a difference in print placement smaller of 0.5" will not be considered defects.

Made with medium fabric (5.3 oz/yd² (180 g/m²)) consisting of 100% cotton for year-round comfort that is sustainable and highly durable.

The tear-away label means a scratch-free experience with no irritation or discomfort whatsoever.

Machine wash: warm (max 40°C or 105°F);
Non-chlorine: bleach as needed;
Tumble dry: medium;
Do not iron;
Do not dryclean.

Handprinted to order with the direct-to-garment method. Which means, not all tops will look exactly the same as the photo shown. Each print is unique and one of a kind.

Note that the colors on the product may look slightly different than shown on the picture, due to lighting conditions and the printing process.
